Job Description:
Liaison Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a background in the pharmaceutical industry and will play a critical role in generating leads and maintaining business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Schedule appointments for sales teams to meet prospective customers.
- Maintain records of sales leads and customer accounts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
