Job Summary:
Liaison Medicare Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity for students interested in gaining valuable human resources experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As an HR Intern, you will assist our HR team in various aspects such as recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Help coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees.
- Support the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement activities.
- Help maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records.
- Assist in the performance review process.
- Participate in the organization of HR-related events.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- High level of discretion and ethical approach to HR.
- Detail-oriented and a strong ability to multitask.
- A people person with great interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Previous internship experience in Human Resources is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases is an advantage.
