Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
  2. Support the development and maintenance of business reports and dashboards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business improvement initiatives.
  4. Perform quality assurance testing and report any issues or bugs.
  5. Participate in business process modeling and analysis to improve operational efficiencies.
  6. Perform ad-hoc data analysis and present findings to the team.
  7. Support the creation of project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  8. Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials for business users.

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information.
  3. Basic understanding of business and financial principles.
  4. Familiarity with data analysis tools (like Excel, SQL, or other BI tools) is desirable.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  8. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and driven to succeed.
